Why the HUUS booth?

+ How soundproof is the booth?

HUUS One combines several layers of acoustic materials such as MDF, acoustic foam and wool felt. This provides a 29 dB reduction in noise and interference.

+ Are the booths and pods comfortable for extended time use?

HUUS features 4 strong ceiling fans allowing it to regenerate the air volume 2.5x per minute so that you can stay fresh. To ensure you don’t run out energy on a long call, USB and power plugs are available so you can stay connected. A bright light allows you to stay focused and/or look good in a call. HUUS features a foldable table and an adjustable table system which allows to customize the height and position of the table and accessories. Comfortable for all heights as well as ideal for both sitting and standing.

+ How much do I save if I get the booth?

The HUUS booth saves you real-estate costs, being compact and flexible it can repurpose otherwise unused areas. With HUUS, meeting rooms otherwise used by only one person can now be used for team collaboration. In addition, the productivity and happiness increase of your teams deliver great value.

+ What is the height of the table? Can I work sitting or standing in the booth?

We have designed a table system which makes it easy to adjust the height of the table from 660 mm to 1,300 mm. Making the table foldable allows to offer a large table, which can be folded to make space if necessary. The booth is therefore comfortable to use for all heights as well as for both a sitting and a standing position.

+ Do I need a stool in the booth?

We recommend using a bar stool to increase comfort of use. From both a design and function perspective, we recommend the HAY Cornet Bar Stool (High). But you can use any bar stool of approximately 75cm high.

+ How many booths do I need?

This depends on how large your space is, as well as how intense the use would be (e.g. whether the teams need time for calls and private focus). We recommend to count one booth for 5-15 people.

+Can I get a custom colour to fit my office/design?

We offer our classic HUUS One booths in black and white colours. As an additional customisation option we offer the booths in any RAL colour. You can also choose to add an ethernet connection, a stool and a dimmer. 

+ Where is it produced?

Our boxes are 100% designed and produced in the EU.

+ What are the expected delivery times?

We deliver our HUUS One booths within 4-6 weeks.

+ Do you deliver everywhere?

We deliver to all of EU.

+What is the cost of delivery?

We produce and ship from Lithuania to the EU. Generally shipping cost is 100€ for the HUUS One.

Returns & Guarantee

+ Can I return the booth if I am not satisfied?

Of course! You have 100 days to test and the telephone cabin. If you are in any way not satisfied, you are welcome to return for free!

+ Risk free trial: how does it work, who pays return shipping & disassembly?

If you are not happy, we will come and pick up the booth for you - free of charge.

+ What if something goes wrong?

We offer a 2-year guarantee for our products. If anything goes wrong, you can easily reach out to us and we would be happy to help!

Assembly & User guidelines

+ What is in the box?

HUUS One comes in 6 large modules (including a laminated glass door). Included is a table top with foldable table and adjustable shelf. A 5 m power cable is included to connect the box to the power supply. An Ethernet connection is available as an additional option.

+ Can I set it up myself?

Yes, roughly within 1h with 2-3 people. It comes in 6 pre-built modules which easily assemble. Some modules weigh up to 70kg, so best to have 2-3 people to help out.

+ Do you offer assembly service? What is the cost?

Yes, we offer an assembly service for 295€ including unloading, building and connecting your new booth. We offer a discount for orders with multiple booths.

+Do I need any specific set-up in my office to use the booths / pods? Are there any restrictions about where I can set them up?

The booth is pre-wired and requires simply to plug it in. You simply need 1m2 of space and connection to energy. We include a 3m energy cord to help find a good place for it. The booth comes with felt-lined levelling feet which you can easily adjust to uneven floors.

+ Can I move the booth after it is built?

Yes, the booth has felt-lined feet, so it can be moved around quite easily. If you require to move to a different level, you can unmount and mount it again.

+ How do I care for the booth?

The laminated glass door can be cleaned with a window detergent. Tables are protected with lack and can be wiped regularly. External walls are painted, so we suggest wiping down with a soft cloth.
