Why the HUUS Meet?

+ How soundproof are HUUS Meet pods?

The HUUS Meet pods combine several layers of acoustic materials including MDF, acoustic foam and wool felt. This allows to reduce interruption and noise by 29 dB.

+ Is the booth comfortable for extended time use?

The HUUS Meet features 4 strong ceiling fans allowing it to regenerate the air volume 2.5x per minute so that you can stay fresh. To ensure you don’t run out energy on a long call, USB and power plugs are available so you can stay connected. Bright lighting allows you to stay focused and look good in a call. The HUUS Meet features an electric sit-stand table to change the position in long meetings. The seating can be folded to make more room when standing up.

+ How much do I save if I get the booth?

The booths save you real-estate costs. Being compact and flexible they can repurpose unused areas. With HUUS, meeting rooms otherwise used by only one or few persons can now be used for larger teams. In addition, the productivity boost and happiness increase of your teams deliver great value.

+ What is the height of the table? Can I work sitting or standing in the booth?

You can work both sitting and standing. The table height can be anything between 650mm and 1300mm. That makes the booth comfortable for all heights.

+How many booths do I need?

This depends on how large your space is, how intense the use would be (e.g. whether the teams have a lot of meetings), as well as which teams will be using it. We recommend to count one HUUS Meet pod for 10-20 people depending on how many meeting rooms you already have.

+Can I get a custom colour to fit my office/design?

We offer our classic HUUS Meet pods in black and white colours. As an additional customisation option we offer them in any RAL colour. You can also choose between three options for the sofa colour (black, grey, cream), you can add a dimmer and a light temperature control.

+ Where is it produced?

Our booths are 100% EU designed and made.

+ How many people can meet in the booth?

The booth is comfortable for four people. With the HUUS Meet Pro you get videoconferencing technology to add as many people as you want to the meeting virtually.

+ Is videoconference technology included?

With the HUUS Meet Pro, you get state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology with 180 degree Jabra camera, HD monitor and speakers - easily connected with just one USB-C cable. The HUUS Meet Standard doesn’t include videoconferencing technology.

+ What is the difference between HUUS Meet Standard and HUUS Meet Pro?

The HUUS Meet Pro includes all the features of the Standard product, plus state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology with 180 degree Jabra camera, HD monitor and speakers - easily connected with just one USB-C cable. It’s perfect for teams with a lot of hybrid meetings. If you only have in-person meetings, the HUUS Meet Standard is the right product.

Yes! At OMR Festival 2022, we had several podcasts recorded in our booths.

+ Can I return the booth if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the assembly of the HUUS Meet, we are not able to offer a free return.

+ What if something goes wrong?

We offer a 2-year guarantee for our products. If anything goes wrong, you can easily reach out to us and we would be happy to help!

Assembly & User guidelines

+ Can I set it up myself?

The HUUS Meet contains many parts and has a complex assembly guideline. Therefore it needs to be assembled by our teams.

+ What's the cost of your assembly service?

The combined cost of delivery and assembly is 950€.

+Do I need any specific set-up in my office to use the booths / pods? Are there any restrictions about where I can set them up?

The pods are pre-wired and require simply to plug them in - you just need connection to energy. They also have a LAN connection. If you want to use that, this is something to consider when choosing a spot for the HUUS Meet. We include a 5m energy cord to help find a good place for it. The booths and pods come with levelling feet which you can easily adjust to uneven floors.

+Can I move the box after it is built?

The HUUS Meet is a complex and heavy product, so it would be best to choose a location where it could stay for a while.

+ How do I care for the booth?

The laminated glass door can be cleaned with a window detergent. Tables are protected with lack and can be wiped regularly. External walls are painted, so we suggest wiping down with a soft cloth.
